The Dalmation sat upright

On it’s haunches

On the t-shirts

Of a hundred

Club Kids

In the flickering embers

Of the night-time glow

Inside the retrofit

Parking ramp.

I heard DJ Megabitch

Spin a terminator track

So I danced around

Dreaming New York Spots.

That was the night

I met David

Eating Oranges

In the Room Full of Remnants

And other cushy fluff.

And I went home

With my very own

Fire Hydrant Dog.
